Products
It is best to wash our products in the colour wash programme with a colour detergent at a low spin speed. If available, set the water-plus programme in addition and add a dirt-trapping cloth.
Please do not wash our products in the delicate wash or cotton programme due to the different colours of the fabrics. This can lead to discoloration under certain circumstances.
The washing drum should also be sufficiently large. Pure cotton items such as pillows, nursing pads and changing mat covers can be washed at 40°C without any problems. All padded items should not be washed at more than 30°C.
In general this is of course possible. However, we recommend not doing this for all padded articles, as the processed materials can shrink in the dryer and the quality of the products suffers greatly.
Pure cotton items such as pillows, nursing pads and changing mat covers can also be put in the dryer and ironed.

For our padded play mats we use an extra shape-stable and especially thick volume fleece, which is about 3-4 cm thick. So your baby will still lie softly even on a hard tiled floor.
For the padded play mats in the sizes 100x100 cm and 120x120 cm a normal washing machine with 5 or 6 kg capacity is perfectly sufficient. Only for the 140x140 cm padded play mat we recommend a washing machine with a capacity of 7 or 8 kg.
All our products are available in 12 patchwork designs. So you can either decorate the children's room in your favourite design or combine several designs.

If something is out of stock, it usually takes 1-2 weeks for us to get back behind with production. Otherwise, you can also contact our customer service and ask when the item will be available again.

As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the shipment. In this e-mail there is a link that you can use to track the status of your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service department.
We deliver our products exclusively with DHL. This is because we have found that DHL delivers parcels faster and in better condition than many other delivery services.
We understand that it is annoying when you have to wait longer for the package you have been waiting for. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of delivery once we have handed over the package to DHL or Deutsche Post.
We always send a tracking code with the shipment confirmation mail (both for DHL packages and Deutsche Post shipments). If you have been waiting for some time, it is best to check the status of your shipment.
If you have been waiting for more than 7 days, feel free to contact our customer service and we will find a solution together.
Retoure & Credit Note
If you have received a defective item, you are welcome to contact our customer service directly. It is best to send photos directly, on which the defect is clearly visible. Our customer service will then offer you a suitable solution. If you would like to return the item, this is of course possible as well. Within 30 days after ordering you can return your ULLENBOOM® article free of charge.
If you want to return an article, you can contact our customer service and we will send you a return label.
As soon as we receive the return or you present the proof of return, it usually takes only about 1-3 working days until we process the return. In rare cases, it can take up to 10 days until the money arrives on your account.
You can hand in your return parcel at any DHL branch if you have previously applied the free return label from us to the parcel.

Yes. We know that double luck also means double costs and we would like to support you. If you can send us some form of proof that you are expecting twins or have twins, we will gladly provide you with a discount code.
If you have a voucher or want to redeem a discount code, you can do this directly in the order process. Simply enter your voucher or discount code in the field "Enter voucher code". Your invoice amount will then be automatically reduced by your voucher or discount code before payment.
If your voucher or discount code does not work, it is possible that the code has already been redeemed. If you now put the weight of the respective materials in relation to each other, you'll get the mentioned material composition as it is written on the label. All the materials we use have been tested by the OEKO-TEX® Institute Hohenstein in accordance with STANDARD 100 (Product Class I: Articles for babies and toddlers) for harmful substances, chemicals and substances of concern.

They are tested by the independent OEKO-TEX® Institute Hohenstein in Germany according to STANDARD 100 (Product Class I: Articles for babies and toddlers) for harmful substances, chemicals and for substances that can cause skin allergies, for example. Only when all of the strict test criteria for the materials used have been fulfilled will the end products receive the OEKO-TEX® certificate.
